Michael Allison, D.O.

Michael Allison, D.O., has joined the staff at Carson City Hospital. Dr. Allison, a family medicine physician, will be caring for patients at Carson Family Care Center beginning January 4.

Dr. Allison earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in 1995 and a master’s degree in anatomy from the same institution in 2002. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2006. His internship was completed at St. Joseph’s Healthcare in Clinton Township, Michigan, and his residency was completed at Henry Ford Macomb Family Medicine. Board-certified, Dr. Allison specializes in family practice and in osteopathic manipulative treatment.
