The Scouts from Ithaca Cub Scout Pack 3631 and Boy Scout Troop 631 wish to offer a heartfelt thank you to the Ithaca community for the generous support this past Saturday of our annual “Scouting for Food” food drive. Although the weather was rainy for much of the time that the Scouts were going door-to-door in the late morning and early afternoon, we were warmly received at your homes and appreciate your support of those less fortunate in our community. As we were not able to contact every home, if residents have any other food items to donate and were missed by the Scouts, they can contact St. Paul’s Catholic Church Food Pantry at 875-2852 or the First Presbyterian Church Food Pantry at 875-4437.
